My car won't move, can you tow it in?
YES, we have very limited pickup services available only if the vehicle is to be worked on at our shop.

Do you offer financing?
No - we do not offer financing or charge accounts - your service manager will contact you with a quote and you are expected to pay at the time of pickup.

I have an extended warranty, can you work with that?
YES, we work with many extended warranty companies. We do not offer warranty work on OEM Warranties (i.e. GM, Ford, Chevy or Dodge Warrnaties)

I can't be without a vehicle all day, do you have loaner cars?
American Garage does have a loaner vehicle - but only on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Do you accept credit cards?
YES, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Is your work guaranteed?
YES, we back all of our work with our multiple years of quality and experience.

How long have you been in business?
We opened in 2006, however, Scott DePriest - lead mechanic, has been in the business since 1993.

What are your business hours.
Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
For your convenience, we offer a Night Drop-Off/Appointment form that can be filled out ahead of time to speed up check-in, or dropped off with your keys after hours in our night drop-off box.
